Shipping & Returns

 

· All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from us.

 

· Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, smoke free, and the tags must still be attached.

 

Note: You may return in our store (within that 14 day window) without shipping back if you would love to see our retail store!

 

· Include and mail your original receipt, and circle the names of the items you wish to return to 203 N. Moose St. Morrilton, AR 72110.

 

· Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit.

 

· Shipping is non-refundable.

 

· Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it. You will receive a confirmation email to update you on the status of your return.

 

 

 

All "Sale" Items & accessories/jewelry are final and are not subject for a return.

 

 

 

Exchanges: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you a store credit, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item. Please allow 3-5 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 14 day window.

 

 

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address at checkout. We ship to the United States. We regret that we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, Canada, International countries, as well as P.O. Boxes.
